This week we’re switching over our Fish & Chips to some incredible local TILEFISH ? from O'Neal's Sea Harvest in Wanchese, with fresh FLOUNDER ? on deck from Etheridge Seafood after that. We’re topping the English Garden Salad ? with sliced Fuji apples and juicy North Carolina PEACHES! ? The Huntsman Pie this week is CURRIED BUFFALO ? and our Bubble & Squeak features East Lake sweet potatoes ? for that extra-special seasonal something. The mild jalapeños on the Virginia Dare Burger are regionally sourced from Ahoskie and the Scottish Game Burger is a 4-way blend of Elk, Bison, Wagyu & Wild Boar. Cheers!!!

For years we have kept a special stool reserved for my father. Every day we pour him a pint and set up his book. We are keeping this tradition going in the pub at the brewery. Yesterday I finished brewing early and got to watch the Mets opening game with him. It was a great game and even better company.
