Menu Spotlight: BUBBLE & SQUEAK

One of our favourite menu items is a British homestyle classic called “Bubble & Squeak.” Our version of this traditional dish is a medley of fresh regionally-sourced vegetables from Hatties Wholesale Produce and Culinary Specialties, pan-fried until it “bubbles and squeaks,” then topped with country ham and a gently fried egg. Vegans can skip the ham & egg for a deliciously unique meat-free meal. Drop by soon and enjoy a taste of the British Isles!! ??
